  1. Immediate/prospective future marker on perfective verbs.
e.g.(to cut) > būśi (to be about to cut)
  1. Forms imperfective verbs from nouns (mostly fossilized (?); historically protected final stops from elision).
e.g. omśū (< simu(k); knife) > -mśukśi (< simuksaj; to be cutting)
